The piezo lighter has a plastic body with rubber coating, rectangular in shape and a plastic button in the upper part of the body.
Unlike conventional lighters, in turbo models the gas comes out through a special membrane with a very thin hole, and not through a valve, as in conventional analogues. This creates sharp pressure drops, as well as a change in the flow rate of the outgoing gas, resulting in a turbocharging effect when combustion occurs in a stream of particles. Due to this, the gas mixes better with air, the combustion process improves, and the flame itself becomes more stable and does not go out in sharp gusts of wind (even at a wind speed of 20 m / s).
